The hotel charges more than it's worth. The rooms were clean but had poor AC conditions and no hair dryer in the washroom, causing noise issues all night from the next-door rooms. The service was exceptional with a very polite and understanding team. The location is easy and approachable, near the heart of the city. The dining was adequate to start the day but needs improvement. Overall, an average experience with some highs and lows.
